Riot Gear was founded by InnerPlay Consulting, a national leader in the change management movement.  

In creating Riot Gear, InnerPlay has set out to harness its experience and that of its program partners in a way that will empower schools and teams to manage their apparel programs to a profitable conclusion, something that the vast majority of schools and teams have not been able to accomplish.

After studying the market for more than a year InnerPlay rolled out its solution in the form of Riot Gear.  This company has been given the directive to provide schools and teams any and all support needed to successfully manage their apparel programs.
